The beauty of this system is its ease of use; it can be accessed by you at any time and, in most cases, you do not need to wait for an underwriter to confirm that the account is bound.
VacantExpress.com® offers admitted paper for most accounts, allowing the retail agents to place their business without the need of an intermediary and without the additional costs of excess & surplus lines taxes associated with non-admitted paper. The insured receives coverage faster and at a much cheaper final cost and, if the account is handled completely electronically (without underwriter intervention), you receive a competitive commission.
Of course, if the account is not eligible for admitted paper we stand ready to provide coverage on non-admitted paper with J.H. Ferguson representing you as the wholesale broker. Once again, you will not require an additional intermediary to slow the process or to dilute the commission you will earn.
