We have changed our Program to include an option to purchase coverage for Terrorism as defined by the Federal Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (the Act). President Bush signed this Act into law on November 26, 2002.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THE RATES IN THE BROCHURE DO NOT INCLUDE A CHARGE FOR TERRORISM. THE PREMIUM FOR TERRORISM IS IN ADDITION TO THE RATES AND PREMIUM SHOWN IN THE BROCHURE.
The pricing for terrorism coverage is found in the rating sub-section following. If you use our rate calculator, the terrorism premium will be calculated for you.
